    Risk, Change and Stakeholder Management in Agile Projects
    This module covers risk, change and stakeholder management in agile environments. Participants learn how agile teams respond to uncertainty.

    Scaling Agile Practices and Working in Hybrid Environments
    This module explores scaling practices and hybrid settings. Participants learn how agile teams coordinate across wider organizational structures.

    Agile Tools, Ceremonies, Templates and Case Application
    This module uses tools, ceremonies, templates and case exercises. Participants practise applying agile routines to realistic work scenarios.

Certificate

CAPA certificates can be issued after completion and connected to private verification.
