Management and Governance Foundation Certified (MGFC)

MGFC introduces management consulting, corporate governance, ethical advisory conduct, client problem discovery, governance gaps, diagnosis and basic proposal communication.

  This module explains core management and governance principles. It links accountability, oversight and institutional effectiveness to sustainable organizational results.

  Consultant Roles, Ethics, Professional Conduct and Governance Responsibility
  This module covers consultant responsibilities, ethical boundaries and professional conduct. Participants learn why trust, independence and governance responsibility matter in advisory work.
