PMFC introduces the core project language, responsibilities and coordination routines needed before progressing to the associate and professional project management levels.

    Project Roles, Responsibilities and Stakeholder Awareness
    This module covers the duties of sponsors, managers, team members and other stakeholders. It explains how clear role definition improves accountability and communication.

    Project Scope, Objectives and Work Breakdown Structure
    This module explains how to define project objectives, deliverables and boundaries. Participants learn how a work breakdown structure helps translate goals into manageable work packages.
  • 04
    Project Planning, Scheduling and Resource Basics
    This module covers basic task sequencing, timelines, resource needs and responsibility assignment. Participants learn how simple plans support coordinated delivery.
  • 05
    Project Execution, Communication and Team Coordination
    This module shows how project teams organize day-to-day implementation, meetings and communication. It covers practical coordination routines that keep work moving.
  • 06
    Project Monitoring, Risk and Quality Awareness, Reporting and Closure Essentials
    This module introduces progress tracking, basic risk awareness, quality checks and status reporting. Participants also learn the essentials of orderly project closeout.
