HRMFC introduces core HR functions, employee life cycle support, documentation, workplace policy and people development basics before progression to the generalist and professional levels.

    Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding Basics
    This module covers the early employee life cycle from vacancy identification to onboarding. Participants learn simple recruitment, selection and induction routines.

    Employee Records, Documentation and HR Administration
    This module explains personnel files, employee records and HR documentation practices. It shows how good administration supports compliance and service quality.
  • 04
    Compensation, Benefits and Workplace Policy Basics
    This module introduces compensation structures, benefits administration and workplace policy awareness. Participants learn how policies guide fair and consistent HR decisions.
  • 05
    Employee Relations, Ethics and Workplace Behaviour
    This module covers workplace conduct, ethical HR practice and basic employee relations issues. Participants learn how HR supports respectful and accountable work environments.
  • 06
    Performance Management, Learning and Employee Development Basics
    This module introduces performance conversations, learning support and employee development planning. It explains how HR helps employees grow and contribute.
